Speak-up channel
Here you can report what is happening at work. Your identity is not recorded unless you choose to identify yourself.
We do not store your name, your phone number, your internet address or the exact time you sent this. Investigators receive what you write — nothing else.
- Report without identifying yourself
- Content stored encrypted
- Available in six languages
- Answer within a set deadline
- Channel on an independent platform (Prumara), not a company system
What would you like to do?
What happens after you send it
- You get a case number and a PIN. Write both down right away: they are the only way back in.
- Whoever investigates reads your report and may ask questions through this same channel, without learning who you are.
- The investigation runs within the deadline for the type of report you chose.
- The answer arrives right here, when you come back with the case number and the PIN.
Retaliation is against the law
Brazilian Law 14.457/2022 forbids firing, punishing or harming in any way someone who reports in good faith. If that happens to you, this channel is also where you report it.
Questions people ask before reporting
Who will read my report?
An investigation committee appointed by the company. Not your manager, and not the whole HR department: a specific group, and every access to your report is logged.
Can the company find out who I am?
Not if you choose to stay anonymous. The system does not store your name, your phone, your internet address or the exact time you sent it — only the date. Photos and documents you attach have their hidden data stripped before they reach the investigator.
What if the person investigating is the one involved?
The system blocks it. Anyone named in the report, or who manages someone named in it, cannot open the case — or even see that it exists. The report then goes automatically to a fallback committee made up of other people.
What if I lose the case number or the PIN?
There is no way to recover them. Not even we can: they are not stored anywhere, and that is exactly what stops someone from opening your report pretending to be you. Write both down as soon as they appear.
What happens to my data?
The report content is stored encrypted. It is used only for the investigation and kept for the period the company defines; after that it is anonymised, not deleted — the investigation history remains without the personal data.
How do I write a report that helps the investigation?
Say what happened, where and when, and who was there. If you have messages, photos or documents, attach them. The more concrete it is, the better the chance the investigation reaches a conclusion — vague reports often end without an answer.
What is expected of whoever reports
- Tell the facts as they happened, without exaggerating or inventing.
- Act in good faith — this channel is not a way to go after someone.
- Answer the investigation's questions through the case number, when there are any.
A false report made in bad faith may be closed and held accountable. This does not apply to someone who was mistaken in good faith: getting a fact wrong is not lying.
About this channel
This channel runs on the Prumara platform, operated by Suite360. The platform receives and stores reports; the company's committee investigates and decides. They are separate parties on purpose.
How we handle your dataI already sent a report
Use the protocol number and PIN shown when you submitted. Without them the report cannot be opened — not even by us.
