How we handle your data

Who is who
Vale Verde Alimentos (Demonstração) is the data controller: it decides on the investigation. Suite360 is the processor: it provides and maintains the Prumara platform, and handles data only as instructed by the controller.
What is collected
The text of your report, the files you attach and the date (never the exact time). If you choose to identify yourself, also the contact you provide. If you choose anonymity, none of that is asked.
What is not collected
Your internet address, your browser, your location and the exact time you sent it. Attachments have their hidden data stripped before reaching the investigator.
What it is used for
Investigating the report and complying with Law 14.457/2022 and NR-1. No selling, no advertising, no sharing with third parties outside the investigation.
For how long
A closed report is kept for 5 years and then anonymised — not deleted. The investigation history remains without the personal data, because it is what proves the investigation happened.
Your rights
Brazilian data protection law gives you access, correction and deletion of your data. In this channel you request that through the Data rights track. Note: in an anonymous report there is no way to link the request to the report, precisely because we do not keep that link.
